1040/540 TAX REPORTS
You can either call the Pastoral Office for a copy of your 2001 donations, or you may access your account on our parish web site. However, to access your financial report, you must first call Marie at 818 - 889 - 1279, ext. 212, and give her the city of birth of the head of household and also the last four digits of the head of household's Social Security number. This is for security reasons.

$10,000 SUPER DRAWING
St. Jude the Apostle Parish School is once again holdings its $10,000.00 Super Drawing in conjunction with its Annual Live/Silent Auction Dinner/Dance at the Westlake Hyatt on March 23rd.
Tickets are limited to 300 and are only $100.00 each. Tickets will be sold after the 9:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, and 5:00 p.m. Sunday Masses. You may also purchase your ticket with a friend or group of friends, or even with other family members. You can additionally buy a ticket by calling Joan San Filippo at 818 - 991 - 4785.
