ECUMENICAL THANKSGIVING SERVICE THIS WEDNESDAY
The Conejo Valley Ecumenical Ministerial Association invites one and all to come this Wednesday evening, November 22rd, at St. Maximillian Kolbe Catholic Community on the corner of Lindero Canyon and Kanan Roads at 7:30 p.m. As a community we will together, Jew, Christian, Muslim, Bahai, Universalist, give thanks to God for His many gifts and blessings during this past year. We will also pray for peace in the Holy Land . This Land made holy by the many Patriarchs, Prophets and Chosen People of God. This Land made sacred by the footsteps of Jesus.
Ministers and Rabbis from the Conejo Valley will be present. An Ecumenical Choir has been gathered from the different churches and synagogues, including members of our own parish choir.
All living in the Conejo Valley are invited to join in this endeavor of peace, and come and join with your neighbors in the Ecumenical Thanksgiving Prayer Service this Wednesday evening.
Those attending are asked to make an expression of gratitude to God for His many blessings and graces. Funds collected are used by the local churches and synagogues to help those in an immediate need.
Refreshments and fellowship will follow the Ecumenical Prayer Service.
