All you need to do is to register by sending in an application. Applications are available in the Parish Office. There is a $10.00 registration fee, however E-Scrip currently has a promotion going through September 30th.  What an easy way to help our parish school.

LABELS AND BOXTOPS  We are still collecting Campbell's soup labels and General Mills box tops. At the end of the school year, we can turn these in for free equipment and/or cash. Please continue to  clip and save these labels and box tops and drop them in the box at the front of the church or to the Parish School office.

TOOLS-4-SCHOOL  Please continue to support the Tools-4-Schools program. Receipts for purchases made at the Oaks Mall can be taken to the customer service center in the Center Court for credit. The associate will log them into a book under our school name and return the receipts to you. Also, there is a box marked "Tools-4-Schools" in the office for anyone who does not need their receipts returned. Please contact Louisa Jeworski 805 493-4400 for information.

Tom Franzak, a church musician, has performed for more than a million people during his 15 years as a contemporary church musician.     He is bringing his newest production "Saints" to St. Max on Friday evening, November 3rd at 7:30 pm.     In this work, Tom draws together the writings of a dozen holy men and women and fuses their powerful words with his rich voice, exciting music and an astonishing array of instruments.

Samples can be seen on Tom's website:

Suggested donation for tickets are $10.00 each.     All proceeds from the evening will be given to Juvenile Batten Disease Research.     As of present there is no known cure, nor even treatment, for this rare neuro-muscular degeneration disease that strikes grammar school aged children.
