BORN AGAIN OF WATER AND THE HOLY SPIRIT
By God's gift, through water and the Holy Spirit, the following infants were reborn this past weekend to everlasting life. May God our loving Father, Jesus, our Lord and Brother, and the Holy spirit make them always, wherever they may be, faithful members of His holy people, the Church.
Let us welcome these new members into our parish family, and let us also congratulate their parents for sharing their faith with their children.

DIED IN CHRIST
Our parish community extends its most heartfelt sympathy to the family and friends of those who have died this week. May God the Father welcome them into paradise. Father thank you for all the blessings you gave them in this life to show your Fatherly care for all of us. Eternal rest grant unto them and let your perpetual light shine upon them

TODAY'S READINGS
First Reading - Ezekiel is sent as the Lord's prophet to the rebellious, obstinate Israelites (Ezekiel 2:2-5). Second Reading - Paul recognizes his weaknesses and boasts of them that Christ's power may dwell in him (2 Corinthians 12:7-10). Gospel - Jesus preaches in his home town synagogue, astonishing the inhabitants. Because they lack faith, he is not able to perform any mighty deed (Mark 6:1-6).
