DIED IN CHRIST

Our parish community extends its most heartfelt sympathy to the family and friends of those who have died this week. May God the Father welcome them into paradise. Father thank you for all the blessings you gave them in this life to show your Fatherly care for all of us. Eternal rest grant unto them and let your perpetual light shine upon them

BORN AGAIN OF WATER AND
THE HOLY SPIRIT

By God's gift, through water and the Holy Spirit, the following infants were reborn this past weekend to everlasting life. May God our loving Father, Jesus, our Lord and Brother, and the Holy spirit make them always, wherever they may be, faithful members of His holy people, the Church.

Let us welcome these new members into our parish family, and let us also congratulate their parents for sharing their faith with their children.

BULLETIN AND VERBAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

Any person or organization wishing to submit an article for the bulletin MUST submit the article in writing to the parish office no later than Wednesday morning of the week prior to the bulletin the announcement is to appear in.

Verbal announcements must be submitted in writing no later than Wednesday of the week they are to be read.

You may drop it at the office, fax it to 818 889-3405, or e-mail it to marie@stjudeswv.org.

MARRIED IN CHRIST

Our parish family extends its sincerest congratulations to the following couple(s) who were married in Christ this past weekend here at St. Jude's. May God the Eternal Father keep you in love with each other and be always in your home. May your children bless you, your friends console and support you, and all live in peace with you. May you always bear witness to the love of God in this world.

MIRACLE RUN


One and all are invited to attend the Miracle Run on Saturday, June 17th, at Malibu Creek State Park (Mulholland and Las Vigerenes) for a 5K run and a Kiddie Walk.    Races begin at 7:30 a.m.     

There will be Celebs, Music and Guest Speakers, and Food.    All this begins at 9:00 a.m.
Parking: $5.00.   
Suggested donation:   Bring nickels and dimes, pennies and paper.

 All Funds raised will be used for Autism Research through a Charitable Foundation: ID 95-4785755.

LIFE GUARD NEEDED

A Life-Guard with current credentials and CPR training is needed for Friday, June 2nd, noon to 3:00 p.m. at a Cub Scout Swim party for 10 boys at a home pool.
