St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Community is seeking a Director of Religious Education. Please send your resume as soon as possible. Position is open and needs to be filled as quickly as possible.

As an Archdiocesan sponsored group, all parents of gays and lesbians are invited to join our Deanery Four family of concern, which is growing as we share and understand better our children and also our church's position on this sensitive issue. These meetings are held monthly on the Fourth Wednesday. Meetings are informal and confidential.

WALK FOR LIFE
"Sarah's House Walk for Life" happens on Saturday, May 20th. Registration begins at 10:00 a.m. Thewalk begins at 11:00 a.m. Prizes will be awarded for the most money collected and turned-in on May 20th.
What else? Tri-Tip BBQ lunch, live music, moon bounce, dunk tank, and kids' activities.
Where? Conejo Creek Park (located at Janss Road and 23 Freeway in Thousand Oaks.
All walkers will receive a Sarah's House Walk for Life tee shirt.

VENTURA DISTRICT ACCW MEETING
The Ventura District of the Los Angeles Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women is having its District Meeting on Wednesday, May 17th, at St. Peter Claver Catholic Community, corner of Cochran and Stow in Simi Valley. The day begins at 9:30 a.m. and includes Reverend Monsignor Padraic Loftus speaking on "The Jubilee and Ecumenism." Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. with luncheon following, and the day concludes by 1:30 p.m.
Charge for the day is only $7.00. Reservations must be prepaid by May 10th. Make checks payable to Dorothy Luther, and send them to her at 6484 Hazel Circle in Simi Valley, CA 93063.

55 PLUS CLUB LUNCHEON
Please join us on Wednesday, May 10th, after the 12:05 p.m. Mass in the Parish Hall for our Monthly Pot Luck Luncheon and Social. Bring along a salad, a main dish (hot or cold), or a dessert. These goodies can be homemade or store bought, either always is delicious!

LATE NITE CATECHISM
"Shhhh! Sister's Coming!" "Sit up straight and fold your hands!" Sponsored by the St. Paschal Baylon Women's Club. "Late Nite Catechism" is an audience interactive presentation, and it is an Outer Critics Circle Nominee. It will be at St. Paschal's on Saturday evening, June 3rd.
Tickets are available at St. Paschal's after all Sunday Masses, and also by calling Gerry Bloomgren at 805 - 496 - 3612, or Michele Carbine at 805 - 529 - 0977. Tickets are $25.00 each till May 20th.
