CHAMINADE COLLEGE PREPARATORY

Eighth Grade Boys and Girls interested in taking the Entrance Exam to Chaminade College Preparatory are asked to please pre-register. Forms may be picked-up at the school at 7500 Chaminade Avenue in West Hills, or requested by phone: 818 - 373 - 8300.

The Entrance Exam will be this Saturday, February 5^th.

ANNUAL WOMEN'S SILENT RETREAT

The Annual St. Jude's Women's Silent Retreat will be held again at the Sacred Heart Retreat House in Alhambra the weekend of February 11^th-13^th. The retreat begins Friday evening, February 11^th, at 8:00 p.m., and it will continue till Sunday afternoon, February 13^th, at 4:00 p.m.

Father Jesse Galaz, pastor of St. Alphonsus Catholic Community in East Los Angeles and former Archdiocesan Vocation Director, will be the Retreat Master.

NOTRE DAME HIGH SCHOOL

Eighth graders interested in attending Notre Dame High School, 13645 Riverside Drive in Sherman Oaks, are invited to take the Entrance Exam this Saturday, February 5^th.

Pre-registration is necessary.


	HELP MAKE A CHILD'S NEW YEAR SOMETHING SPECIAL Help make a child's new year 2000 something really special by volunteering to be a Big Brother. Catholic Big Brothers matches fatherless youth with adults who provide friendship and guidance. If you have a few hours each month to give to a child in your community, consider the opportunity to become involved. CRESPI CARMELITE HIGH SCHOOL

Crespi Carmelite High School for boys will hold its Entrance Exam this Saturday, February 5^th, and also on Saturday, February 12^th, at 8:00 a.m. both days.

LA REINA HIGH SCHOOL

Girls interested in attending La Reina High School, 106 Janss Road in Thousand Oaks, are invited to take the Entrance Exam this Saturday, February 5^th.

LOUISVILLE HIGH SCHOOL

Girls interested in taking the Entrance Exam so they can attend Louisville High School next Fall, should obtain an Application as soon as possible.

Louisville High School is located at 22300 Mulholland Drive in Woodland Hills. The Entrance Exam will be given this Saturday, February 5^th, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Pre-Registration is necessary and must be returned before February 4th. Applications are available by contacting 818 - 346 - 8812.
