IS YOUR MARRIAGE IN TROUBLE???

Someone once said
"Marriages may be made in heaven, but they sure take a lot of work on earth!"    Without attention and care, marriages wither.   Couples slowly and quietly drift apart or are being torn apart by terrible words and actions.     Many are married in name only, or just stay together "for the sake of the kids."    If this sounds like your marriage, RETROUVAILLE can help.    The program is designed to provide the communication tools needed to put suffering, troubled marriages back with scheduled follow-up talks.

THEOLOGY UPDATE SERIES

The next Theology Update Series at St. John's Seminary is this Wednesday, January 26th.    Rev. Richard Albarano, the Archdiocesan Director of Liturgy, will present insights into Liturgy.

While these classes are open to all who wish to attend, it should be remembered that these classes are taken by seminarians, thus a certain intermediate level of expertise is needed to attend these sessions.    These sessions are specially intended for all involved in ministry, and for all who wish to know and appreciate better their Catholic Faith.

Each series is a self-contained unit.    Sessions are presented in an interactive format that will include lecture, dialogue, and time for questions.

HELP MAKE A CHILD'S NEW YEAR
SOMETHING SPECIAL

Help make a child's new year 2000 something really special by volunteering to be a Big Brother.   Catholic Big Brothers matches fatherless youth with adults who provide friendship and guidance.    If you have a few hours each month to give to a child in your community, consider the opportunity to become involved.    All it takes is a willingness to include a child in many of the activities you already do.

Please call
